We are a 4th generation family farm dedicated to bringing 
premium meat products to your table. We specialize in pasture raised beef, pork, and chicken that is healthy and free of hormones. We pride ourselves on providing a holistic, sustainable, and healthful care approach to our animals and land. Through this approach we ensure that the meat you eat is of the highest quality.
Located in the fields of the greater Elko and New Market area, our farm is just south of the Twin Cities. We provide our customers individual service and quality meat from our farm to your freezer.

All of our meat is custom ordered and processed. We sell quarters and halves of beef, halves and whole hogs, and whole chickens. Chickens and ground beef are often available on a will-call basis at the farm, but all other products are available only through custom order. Please order early for the best availability.
