How to Place a Custom Order

Place an order any time of the year by giving us a call or sending us an e-mail. When you place your order we will inform you when packages will be available.

All packages are custom orders. We work with you so that you receive a package that works with your family's tastes and preferences. Please contact us about the availability of individual cuts or combination packages. The tabs above indicate common cuts that are available when ordering. If you want something that you don't see, please ask us.

Please order early for best availability. Beef packages are available throughout the year. Pork packages are available for delivery fall through early winter, but should be ordered by summer. If you are interested in chicken packages that are already cut (versus whole frozen), please contact us in the spring or early summer. Otherwise chicken packages are available from summer to winter.

Beef
Custom Ordered 1/4's and 1/2's - $1.85/lb hanging weight plus Lorentz Meats processing fee (processing fees average approximately $0.58 per lb.)

Premium Ground Beef - $3.75/lb. sold in one pound packages. Available for will-call from the farm at most times.

Pork
Custom Ordered 1/2's and Wholes - $1.45/lb hanging weight plus Lorentz Meats processing fee (processing fees average approximately $0.58 per lb.)

Wild Rice Brats - $5.99/lb
Breakfast Links - $5.99/lb

Chicken
Whole Frozen - $2.75/lb. Cut chickens available with an additional charge. Chickens can be custom ordered, and are also frequently available for will-call at the farm.
